摘要
为了表达日本血吸虫大陆株副肌球蛋白部分基因，作者用PCR方法从日本血吸虫基因组DNA扩增出这一副肌球蛋白部分基因，然后将该基因重组于质粒体pBV220中，使其在大肠杆菌中表达。结果获得一32kDa的表达蛋白。免疫印迹分析表明感染兔血清可识别这一表达蛋白。该蛋白的纯化将有利于血吸虫病疫苗的进一步研究。
To express paramyosin partial gene from Schistosoma japonicion (mainland origin ), the Partial paramyosin gene was amplified by PCR from S.japoniciom genomic DNA and recombined with the DNA of plasmid pBV220, then expressed in E. coli. An expressed protein of about 32 kDa was obtained, The expressed protein was recognized by infected rabbit sera by Westem blot analysis.The purification of this protein will facilitate the further study of anti-schistosomiasis vaccine.
