摘要
为了解决目前焊缝跟踪传感器存在的一些问题,将磁场控制电弧技术应用于焊缝跟踪,设计了一种磁控电弧传感器,分析了其基本原理,并建立了相关的数学模型,对主要参数进行了分析,为磁控电弧传感器的应用提供了理论依据。设计了一种基于磁控电弧传感器的焊缝跟踪系统,使跟踪系统和焊接系统相对独立,拓宽了其应用范围,采用了Smith预估补偿法来消除滞后对控制系统的影响。在信号处理方面,对采样信号进行了RCπ型滤波和巴特沃思滤波器双级滤波,滤波效果较好;提出了有限区间去极值离散积分差值法来提取焊缝坡口的特征参数。最后通过实际的焊缝跟踪试验,验证了该系统的有效性。
In order to solve some problems of the sensor for seam-tracking, applied the magnetic-control welding arc technology, developed a new type magnetic-control arc sensor, it's basic principle was analyzed, and mathematic model was built, the main parameters were analyzed, that provided academic foundation for the application of the magnetic-control arc sensor. A seam tracking system was designed, the sensor part and the real welding part were independent, that expanded it's use scope, Smith predicator was used to eliminate the influence of time-delay. In the aspect of signal processing, the Butterworth filter and RCn filter were adopt, and achieved good effect; the effective region and remove extreme integral contrast method was used to seek the information of the seam. At last, the effectiveness of the system was verified by practical seam tracking experiment.
