Rapid and Intelligent Charging Technology for Series Lithium-ion Battery

摘要 阐述了锂离子电池的基本电气特性,对锂离子电池组中单体电池压差导致电池组使用寿命严重缩短的问题进行了分析.根据锂离子电池组充电的特殊要求,设计了一种基于单片机的锂离子电池组快速智能充电管理系统,它能够按照锂离子电池的充电规律的要求为电池组进行快速充电;并采用模糊控制算法控制的buck-boost均衡电路智能调整单体电池之间的电压差,实现电压均衡. The electrical characteristic of Lithium-ion battery is presented in this article. And a detail analysis between single Lithium-ion battery and the series battery life is given. A rapid intelligent lithium- ion battery charging management system based on the microprocessor is designed according to the special requirements of the charging for Lithium-ion batteries, which can realized rapid charging for Lithium-ion batteries following Lithium-ion battery charging rule and intelligently regulate the battery voltage in the battery package which depends on a buck-boost circuit to get equalization with fuzzy control algorithm.
