摘要
在能形成互穿网络结构的聚氨酯／（环氧）丙烯酸酯基料中，添加防锈颜料，如氧化锌、磷酸钡、缓蚀剂S，配制TU涂料。采用极化电阻、交流阻抗技术测定TU涂层的耐蚀性。分析了防锈颜料对涂层耐蚀性的影响。
In the binder of polyurethane/(epoxy) acrylic with IPN structure, incorporation of rust - proof pigments, such as ZnO, Ba3 (PO4 )2 and corrosion inhibitor S to form the TU coatings. The corrosion protection performance of the TU coating was determined by polarized resistance and AC impedance technology. The influence of rustproof pigments on the corrosion protective properties of the film was discussed.
