摘要
以广州市为例,论述了广州市森林防火信息化建设的现状及其存在问题,提出了集成信息采集、扑救指挥、信息发布与办公、数据共享于一体的广州市森林防火信息化建设总体框架,论述了数据共享平台、重点地区视频监控系统、防火通信指挥系统、移动指挥系统、航空巡护、视频会议系统、信息发布平台与办公系统、森林防火信息系统等重点工程建设项目,并分析了工程建成后的森林防火效能。
The information engineering construction status and key problems of forest fire prevention in Guangzhou City were discussed. The overall framework of information construction of fire prevention was put forward,integrating information collection, suppression and dictation, video monitoring and information disseminating. The main projects needed to be constructed were further explained, including data sharing platform, video monitoring system, fire preventing communicative dictation and moving dictation system, aviated patrolling, video meeting, information publicizing and forest fire preventing system. The efficency of the fire prevention of the project were analyzed.
