摘要
通过分析目前同轴度误差评定的方法及其不足,提出了一种基于MATLAB优化工具箱的同轴度评定方法,把同轴度误差评定转化为圆度误差评定,提高了运算速度和准确度。并分析了产生同轴度误差的因素提出了改进方法。
This paper analyses the method of the coaxial error evaluation and its disadvantages, and advances a new coaxial evaluation method based on optimization of MATLAB toolbox. Then it turns the evaluation of the coaxial error into the evaluation of roundness error, results the improving with the speed and accuracy of calculation. Last, it analyses the factor which the coaxial error brings and gives the advanced methods.
