摘要
论述了生物质压缩成型技术的研究意义,综述了国内外研究现状;提出了生物质成型燃料主要的物理品质是松弛密度和耐久性,并介绍了压缩成型原理、工艺类型;指出了影响成型的主要因素有:原料种类、含水率、粒度、成型压力、模具的形状尺寸和加热温度等。同时,对制约其利用的技术问题进行了探讨,分析了压缩成型技术在其推广应用中存在的一系列问题并针对这些问题提出了建议。
The significance studying on the biomass compression to shape was elaborated. Domestic and foreign present situations were summarized. The primary physics qualities were proposed: relaxation density and enduring property. Shaping principle and craft type were discussed. Influence factors on the composites shaping were the material category, containing water ratio, granularity, shaping pressure, shape and dimension of die and temperature. Shaping crafts are analyzed and compared separately. The problems hindering the development and commercial utilization of the technologies are pointed out, at the same time, the subject matter on shaping and development prospects are put forward.
