摘要
目的：总结手法复位配合石膏牵引治疗桡骨远端粉碎骨折的，临床效果。方法：42例病人，平均年龄48．5岁。均为外伤性新鲜桡骨远端粉碎骨折。予手法复位，石膏固定及牵引，持续牵引3～4周，去除石膏牵引，夹板外固定2～3周，腕关节功能锻炼。结果：42例中随访40例，随访平均时间8．1个月。根据折端对住情况，腕关节功能恢复情况判定，优良率95．24％。结论：方法通过石膏牵引的柔和持续牵引力维持桡骨长度，恢复掌倾角、尺偏角。不增加患者创伤，患者易于接受，宜于，临床推广。
Objective：Tosummarie the clinical effectof thrypsis of distal radius by the treatment of manipulative reduction combined with plaster drafting. Methods： 42 patients who were hurted by surgical trauma were thrypsis of distal radius. We applied with the treatment of manipulative reduction combined with plaster fixation and drafting. Keep drafting for 3 to 4 weeks, then remove plaster drafting and fixed by plywood for 2 or 3 weeks. Results： 40 patients received follow-up in 42 cases, the average time was 8.1 months. By the information of paratope, we can know that fineness rate was 95.24%. Conclusion： This method can maintain the length of radial bone, retrieve inclination of palm and ulnar deviation. This method doesn＇t increase the wound of the patients, can be received easily.
