摘要
篮板球的争抢在篮球比赛中非常重要。对抢篮板球队员必须具备的素质进行论述,进一步指出配合是抢篮板球的关键,并对争夺篮板球的4个时机进行阐述。以期为教学训练提供借鉴。
On the basis of analysis of rebound competition in the basketball matches, this paper reveals the psychological state of the basketball players who compete for the rebound so as to provide references for the psychological training, development and teaching. The rebound competition is decisive in the basketball competition. This paper discusses the crucial techniques of the rebound competition to provide necessary assistance for teaching and training.
