摘要 目的:探讨致密型乳腺内病变的MRI信号和强化特点,提高MRI对乳腺内良、恶性病变的检出。方法:收集24例(48个)乳腺MRI检查患者资料,分析病变形态特点、动态增强MRI表现。结果:乳腺癌3例,肿块呈浸润性生长,早期强化;隆胸术后4例,假体呈明显高信号,表现为斑片状或节结状,与自身腺体分界清楚;囊肿5例;表现为长T1W1长T2W1信号,纤维腺瘤3例;表现为境界清晰肿块,呈弥漫状、斑点状缓慢强化,术后改变3例;表现为与手术区域一致的腺体斑痕,呈等信号;乳腺增生症3例;表现为斑片状,增强扫描信号稍高于周围腺体。结论:乳腺MRI是一种高敏感性技术,对致密型腺体的诊断是钼靶检查的重要补充,对乳腺内病变的检出和良恶性的鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。 Objective: To investigate correctly MRI signs and intensification features of intensive mammary glands, raise capability of positive findings of benign and malignant pathological changes with mammary glands through MRI technique. Methods: Toanalyze 24 cases of patients (48 samples) of MRI examination results of mammary glands. To analyze morphological features and dynamic intensification MRI feature of glands. Results: Breast cancer in 3 cases showed intruding changes with intensified cancerous tissue formed earlier. Postoperative augmentation mammoplasty in 4 cases, the prosthesis showed obvious strong signal intensity in speck or knot with clear separating limit to normal gland. Cyst in 5 cases showed long T1 and long T2 signals. Fibroadenoma in 3 cases showed the mass with clear margin, slow suffusion and spot intensification. 3 cases showed changes after operation, same gland spot marks as opteration aeres and equal signal intensity. 3 cases breast hyperplasia with speck, and signal intensity slightly stronger than that of normal glands adjacent to tumor. Conclusion: MRI of mammary glands is one of high sensitive techniques, having certain characteristics in diagnosis of intensive breast compared with mammography and special value in identification of benign and malignant pathological changes with mammary glands.
