摘要
应用4种聚集度指标以及Taylor的幂法则与Iwao的m*-m直线回归方程测定和分析了大豆蚜(Aphis glycines Matsmurain)在鲜食大豆田间的空间分布型及其内在结构,并利用Blackith种群聚集均数(λ)分析了其聚集原因。结果表明,大豆蚜在鲜食大豆田间呈聚集分布,并具有密度依赖性,其聚集分布的原因是由自身的聚集行为与环境因子综合影响所致。在此基础上,提出了最适理论抽样数模型[N=t2/D2(25.129/m+1.0601)]与最佳序贯抽样模型[T0(n)=27.99n±76.7631n]。
Four methods of aggregation, Iwao' s way ( linear regression equation by m^ * - m) and power law of Taylor were used to determine the spatial distribution pattern and its internal structure of the soybean aphid, Aphis glycines in vegetable soybean field. The reasons of the pest' s aggregative distribution were explained with the method of Blackith' s population aggregation mean (λ). The results indicated that distribution of A. glycines belonged to the pattern of aggregation, and had the characteristic of density-dependent. The reason of aggregation was the comprehensive effects of the species properties and environmental factors. On the basic of the research, the model for determining the optimum theoretical sampling number model [ N = t2/D2(25. 129/m + 1. 0601) 1 and the optimum sequential sampling model [ T0(n) = 27.99n±76. 7631 √n] were proposed.
