摘要
SARS危机后,我国各级政府高度重视公共卫生,并对公共卫生体系的建设投入了巨额资金。这种投入的结果如何呢?公共卫生系统的绩效由此成为人们关注的问题。文章简要分析了绩效研究的发展以及公共卫生系统绩效研究的国内外概况,阐述了目前加强疾病预防控制机构绩效研究的必要性。
Public health has been highly emphasized since SARS risk, and governments at different levels put huge investment into the construction of public health system. How is the outcome of such investment？ People are paying increasing attention to the performance of public health system. This paper generally analyzes the development of studies on performance evaluation and summarizes such studies in the field of public health system at home and abroad, and discusses the necessity of strengthening studies on performance evaluation of disease control and prevention institutions.
