摘要
提出了在pH 9.0的硼酸盐缓冲液中,有铜离子存在下,利用无色荧光素钠测定生活饮用水中的痕量氰化物荧光分析新方法。CN^-含量在0.0~0.01μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,检出下限为0.40ng·ml^(-1),方法的灵敏度高,用于水中的痕量氰化物测定,结果满意。
A fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the determination of traces of cyanide in drinking water is proposed in this paper. In a borate buffer solution of pH 9. 0 and in the presence of Cu ( Ⅱ ) ion the colourless fluorescein, e. g. its reduced form, reacts with cyanide to give a fluorescent complex. A linear relationship holds in the range of CN- concentration of 0. 0-0.01μg ?ml-1, and its limit of detection is 0. 40ng ?ml-1. The proposed method proved to be of high sensitivity and has been applied to the determination of cyanide in water with satisfactory results.
