摘要
针对如何量化考核机组一次调频效果的问题,在分析华中电网具体情况的基础上,建立了一套较为完整、成熟的系统。该系统以正确动作率和贡献电量定量地考核机组对电网频率稳定的贡献。介绍了系统的结构、贡献电量的算法以及软件部分采用的一些关键技术。
Focused on the effect assessment of generator units in the primary frequency regulation (PRF), an integrated and mature system is established based on the analysis of local conditions of Central China Power Grid. The correct operation rate and contributing electricity are used to quantify the effect of the generator units on the frequency stability of the network. The structure of the system, the relevant algorithm for calculating contributing electricity and some key techniques in realizing the software are introduced.
