在“八五”期间,我国饮料工业获得持续、快速的发展,成为我国饮料史上发展形势最好的时期之一。据统计,1995年全国饮料总产量达1,128万吨(包括乡镇企业);按可比口径,比“七五”期间增长1倍多,平均年增长75万吨,平均年增长量,相当于1980年全国总产量的2.5倍。这样的增长速度,在我国食品工业产品中是鲜有的。1996年,我国饮料工业仍以10％以上的速度发展,全国饮料产量估计达1,200万吨以上(包括乡镇企业),实现了“‘九五’开好头、起好步”的目标。 饮料工业的发展优势 我国饮料工业发展的好形势。
