摘要
针对不同边界条件下由采样电阻的变化引起的限流值误差,提出了一种新型电流采样电路。该电路通过熔丝调节偏置电流的大小,补偿误差,确保限流值的准确度。Hspice仿真结果表明,在不同边界条件下,通过调节偏置电流,该电路可有效补偿限流值误差。
A novel current sensing circuit is put forward for different comer cases with the limited current error resulting from the change of the sensing resistances. Fuse is used to regulate the bias current, so the change of the sensing resistance is compensated, and the accuracy of the limited current under different comer cases is made sure. The simulation results show that the circuit can compensate the limited current error effectively.
