急性白血病患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3^+调节性T细胞的检测

摘要
1995年Sakaguchi等首次报道在正常小鼠外周血CD4^+T细胞中约有5%~10%的细胞持续高表达CD25分子,称之为CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞(CD4^+CD25^+Treg)。研究发现CD4^+CD25^+Treg通过细胞.细胞直接接触,也可通过分泌IL-10和TGF-β而对局部免疫反应产生抑制作用。目前已证实在卵巢癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、结肠癌、肝癌等多种实体肿瘤患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+Treg比例增高,
