摘要
结合有机化学是食品工程专业一门重要基础课的特点,对如何提高有机化学课堂教学进行了讨论,提出在有机化学教学过程中,结合食品工程专业的特点,加强多种教学方法的应用,因材施教,注意培养学生的学习方法,激发他们的学习兴趣,加强教学中学生自学能力的培养,突出学生主体地位,增强自主学习意识,同时加强师生之间的平等交流可以提高教学效果。
How to improve the teaching effect was discussed in the process of teaching organic chemistry in the food engineering. We found that applying different teaching method according to the student's nature, developing student's learning method and inducing their learning interest were very important for improving the teaching effect. At the same time, the independent learning ability, positive attitude, the consciousness of independent learning and equal communication between teachers and students were also important for improving the teaching effect.
