简述了医院通过以病种、器官、组织系统等为纽带的业务指导和行政党务领导关系的有机结合,构建"专科中心-二级科-三级科"学科建设新模式。三级科是医院日常业务独立运行和经济独立核算的最小单位;二级科由三级科和主护理病区组成,是医院行政管理、业务督导、支部活动的基本单位;专科中心以器官、系统等为纽带,由数个二级科组成,是医院进行学科管理的学术性组织。三级学科体系实行动态管理,根据绩效考核结果、学科发展需要、人员变动情况,对三级学科进行新增、合并、改组。
A new professional service guide and administration management structure was designed through disease categories, apparatus and tissue structure organic combination. Three grades subject structure was designed. It redesigned and optimized current subject. The functions of medical professional service, administration and party management were certain, Medical professional service and economic management were independent operated and medical resources were shared in hospital.
