腺苷对结核感染患儿细胞免疫的影响

摘要 目的了解腺苷在结核患儿治疗中的作用。方法比较74例体检健康小儿及28例结核病患儿血清ADA活性;比较28例结核患儿口服腺苷(DM)治疗5天前、后血ADA活性;观察81例小儿体外淋巴细胞与MTB、ADO共育后T细胞亚群的变化及培养上清液ADA活性。结果结核感染者ADA水平明显高于健康小儿,口服DM治疗5天前、后,两组ADA活性无明显差异。健康小儿及结核病患儿淋巴细胞在ADO、MTB刺激下,其ADA活性轻度减少,但两组间ADA水平无明显差异。T细胞亚群两组间亦无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论短期内DM对结核患儿血清ADA活性、T细胞亚群无明显影响。 Objective To research the role of adenosine in treating patients with tuberculosis. Methods We examined the activity of serum ADA in 74 healthy children and 28 children with tuberculosis. Then we compared the activity of serum ADA in 28 patients with tuberculosis before and after treatment with DM for five days. And we detected the activity of ADA in the culture supernatants and the change of T lymphocyte subsets after coculturing MTB, ADO and lymphocyte in vitro in 81 children. Results The activity of ADA in patients with tuberculosis was significantly higher than that in patients with negative PPD test. But the activity of ADA did not change obviously after treatment with DM for five days. The activity of ADA in lymphocytes decreased slightly after stimulated with ADO and MTB in patients with tuberculosis and patients with negative PPD test, but ADA activity and T lymphocyte subsest was not significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Short - term DM therapy has not obvious influence on the activity of serum ADA and T Lymphocyte subsets in patient with tuberculosis.
