摘要
绿豆作为我国重要的特色杂粮,具有巨大的开发潜力。本文采用实地调查和文献分析方法,结合麻城市绿豆产业发展的实际情况分析了当地绿豆产业的开发前景,借鉴国内小杂粮产业发展模式与一般经验,提出了绿豆产业开发的可选择模式和政策建议。
As an important cereal crop, mung bean has the tremendous development potential. Based on the method of on-the-spot survey and literature analysis, this paper analyzed the development prospects of local mung bean industry by combining the actual situations in Macheng. This paper also put forward the optive modes and policy suggestions on the development of mung bean industry through introducing the development mode and general experience of internal cereal crop industry.
