太极扣附着体义齿修复牙列游离缺损的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究太极扣附着体可摘局部义齿修复肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损的临床效果。方法采用太极扣附着体16副,修复肯氏Ⅰ类缺损4例,肯氏Ⅱ类缺损8例。修复后3—15个月临床复查,通过患者主诉、临床检查及X线片观察其修复效果。结果患者对太极扣附着体可摘局部义齿修复后效果满意,异物感小,美观,易适应,固位良好,咀嚼相对有力。其中8例较以前曾使用过的传统可摘局部义齿明显感觉舒适、美观。有1例出现附着体阳性部件变形进行更换,其余使用良好。结论太极扣附着体在修复肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损时是一种方便、可靠的修复方式。 Objective To investigate the clinical application Easy Resilient Attachment (ERA)in Kennedy class Ⅰ and Ⅱ dentition defect. Methods Totally 16 pieces of Stemgold Attachment were applied in 12 patients with dentition defect, including 4 cases of Kennedy class Ⅰ defect and 8 cases of Kennedy class Ⅱ. After 3 to 15months' follow-up, clinical and radiographic examinations were performed to evaluate the clinical effect. Results All patients were satisfied with the retention, mastication efficiency, degree of comfort and convenience of the dentures. 8 cases of them who had used the traditional removable partial dentures before felt that the attachment dentures were obviously more beautiful and comfortable. No failure was reported except that one attachment had to be substituted due to deforming. Conclusion It could be suggested that ERA is a good extra-coronal retainer applied in free-end dentition defect and an reliable and convenient restoration method.
