摘要
用动态法研究混合二乙苯在KY分子筛上的吸附,测定了在177℃、0.81MPa条件下的相对选择性及吸附量,所得相对选择性KA/B=2.64,吸附量为0.205g/g分子筛。采用固定床脉冲吸附分离模型,优化得各组份的吸附传质系数和吸附平衡常数。研究了液相流速、温度、原料组成对分离效果的影响,得出在177℃的条件下,液相流速0.80~1.00mL/min是吸附操作的适宜范围,对二乙苯的传质系数较大,此时有利于二乙苯的分离。
