摘要
实施新型农村合作医疗是惠及千家万户、造福百万农民的温暖工程。为此,完善农村合作医疗要加大宣传力度,提高农民参保积极性,对农村医疗机构进行整合;充分发挥政府的作用,加大政府投入等。
The new rural cooperative medical is a warm enginearing benefiting many peasants. So we should strengthen the propaganda strength, increase the enthusiasm of peasants entering the medical system, integrate the rural medical organizations and give free rein to government＇s function.
