摘要
目的比较硅橡胶印模口外间接法与嵌体蜡口内直接法两种方法制作上颌前磨牙铸造桩核的临床效果。方法选取本院修复科门诊患者79例,共106颗根管治疗后的上颌前磨牙残冠、残根随机分成2组,分别用硅橡胶印模口外间接法与嵌体蜡口内直接法制作铸造桩核,对这两组桩核的印模制取时间、就位情况、密合程度以及固位效果等几方面进行比较。结果硅橡胶印模组制作的桩核51颗成功(96.2%),嵌体蜡组43颗成功(81.1%),经χ2检验两组间的差异具有统计学意义。结论采用硅橡胶印模法制作上颌前磨牙铸造桩核的临床效果优于嵌体蜡法,值得推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effectivity of two methods to make casting post impression. Methods 79 patients （106 maxillary premolars）were adopted in two groups to make casting post on the maxillary premolar by two methods ,and check them separately by operating time, emplacement, compactness and retention as to compare the diferences of their compatibility.Results 51 nuts（96.2%）were successful in Silicon-rubber group; while 43 nuts（81,1） were successful in inlay-wax group.The diferences between two groups had statistics significance （P〈0,05）,Condusion The clinical effectivity of casting post by silicon rubber is better than that of inlay-wax method, and it should be applied extensively,
