摘要 确保大电网在各种运行方式、负荷水平下均能安全稳定运行,并有足够的安全稳定裕度是电网调度机构的工作重点之一。通过动态安全评估系统(Dynamic Security Assessment System,DSAS)对电网实时数据的分析、计算,从电网潮流和电压安全的角度,给出了电网的安全运行水平及稳定域度,对调度运行给予辅助参考,为电网稳定提供辅助决策。北京电力调度通信中心将DSAS运用到计划校核、方式分析及事故处理中,有效地提高了工作效率及电网安全稳定水平。 The safety operation and stability margin of power system in every mode and loads is one of the most important problems cared by the power system dispatching centre. Dynamic Security Assessment System (DSAS) can analyse the safety and stability margin of power system based on its real-time service data, also can give the operation control and assistant assessment from the aspects of power flow and voltage security. The N-1 and N-2 system failure scanning in DSAS can help the dispatcher make the right decision in system emergency efficiently. Now, the dispatch and communication center of Beijing Power Grid uses the DSAS in inspection plan checking, operation mode analysing and system emergency recovering, which improves the safety and stability margin of the power system effectively, and increases the operating efficiency also.
