摘要
为完成神光Ⅲ原型装置20 kJ能源系统脉冲成形单元的研究设计,采用基于RLC串联谐振电路的临界阻尼特性对其进行了理论计算和仿真软件辅助验证并搭建了实际电路进行修正以确定最终放电参数。用这种方法,得到了神光Ⅲ原型装置20 kJ能源系统脉冲成形单元的设计参数。根据该参数建造出20套脉冲成形单元符合用户要求的结果证明该法可行。此方法可迅速完成棒状放大器脉冲成形单元的优化设计,也可供激光片状放大器脉冲成形单元设计参考。
To fulfill the design of the discharging unit of the power conditioning system used in the pre-amplifier system of SGⅢ prototype laser facility, on the basis of the trait of the RLC series-resonant circuit and the requirement of the rod-amplifier of the laser, the authors made the choice of critical damping mode. To obtain the final parameters, including the parameters of the capacitors, the inductor and the operating voltage of the system, the authors calculated theoretically first for each component, then simulated it using the Orcad-Pspice software, finally tested it in real circuit and made some amendment to compensate the distributed parameter. Meanwhile, not only the method for solving the problem of non-linearity of the flash-lamp using the method of linearity equivalence, but also the problem of triggering the flash lamps using the method of inner triggering so as to decide the length of the discharging cable as 40 m are presented. The power conditioning system based on the designed parameters and structures works well during the last 2 years, proving that the design of the discharging unit is successful.
