摘要
从计算机实验室不同管理者和不同职能管理部门的信息需求出发,提出实验室管理工作档案化的内涵应包括实验考勤档案、实验教学档案、实验报告档案、设备管理档案、维护管理档案和系统设置档案。最后,文章结合计算机实验室实际管理工作两大业务流程(实验教学业务流程和实验教学业务支撑流程),设计并实现了基于.NET架构的计算机实验室管理档案化集成平台。
Based on information needed by different superintendents and different management sections, this article suggests that laboratory management archives should include attendance, teaching, reports, equipment, maintenance and system setup. Finally, combined with the two workflows--experiment teaching workflow and experiment teaching support workflow-the author has designed and realized . net-based platform for computer laboratory management.
