摘要
探讨瘘道切开、挂线、旷置引流术综合治疗复杂性肛瘘的效果。采用瘘道切开、挂线、旷置引流术综合治疗复杂性肛瘘68例，平均疗程30d，治愈率100％，随访2～3年，仅1例复发，远期治愈率98．5％，术后无肛门变形、皮肤缺损、肛门失禁或狭窄等后遗症。结果表明，本术式治疗复杂性肛瘘方法简便、疗效可靠。
The objective of this study was to study effects of combined treatments incision plus threaddrawing and put-aside drainage on complex anal fistula. The 68 cases of complex anal fistula were subjected to this therapy. As results,all cases were cured within average 30 days. Followed up for 2-3 years,one case relapsed,and no complications were found, such as anal deformation, cutaneous defect, large anal cicatrice, fecal incontinence or anal stricture. The long-term cure rate was 98.5 %. These indicate that incision plus thread-drawing and put-aside drainage is effective procedure for the treatment of complex anal fistula.
