摘要
目的观察中药抽动宁冲剂治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法对2004年5月至2007年5月诊治的90例多发性抽动症患儿,用随机、对照方法分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组60例,应用抽动宁冲剂;对照组30例,应用西药硫酸泰必利。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为90.00%,2组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。但中药组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药抽动宁冲剂治疗多发性抽动症疗效显著,能达到与硫酸泰必利同等疗效,且不良反应低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of Choudongning Granule for children multiple Tourette＇ s syndrome. Methods Form May 2004 to May 2007 diagnosis and treatment of 90 treatment group and the the control group were , for the control group, the total efficiency was 90 %. The two groups had no significant difference （P 〈0.05）. But the adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than the control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Choudongning Granule has better curative effect in multiple Tourette＇ s syndrome, can reach the same effect to Tiapride and has no adverse reaction.
