摘要
针对退耕还林的经济补偿政策存在的不足,运用黄土高原地区陕西吴起、定边及甘肃华池的调查数据进行实证分析,分别运用收入增长法及征地法确定更为合理的退耕还林补偿标准及其补偿年限;同时基于现实的考虑,应在原有退耕还林经济补偿政策基础上适当降低补偿标准,延长补偿年限。
Meeting the shortcomings of current economic compensation policies for grain-to-forest, this paper makes art empirical analysis based on investigation data of loess plateau area, and finally used the method of income growth and the method of land expropriation respectively to fix reasonable compensation standards and the＇ length of compensation period. Based on realistic considerations, compensation standards should be lowered and length of compensation period should be extended properly.
