刺激外周神经时相应节段脊髓血流变化的LDF监测

摘要 激光多普勒血流仪是根据激光多普勒效应、光混频原理和随机信息处理技术研制而成,是一种较为可靠和精确的测量组织微循环血流的新技术手段,客观地提供即时性、连续性的血流测量,反映的是真正的血流状态,具有快速、简便、及时、非创伤性的特点。作者通过腰髓血流的测定,进一步评价了激光多普勒血流测定法在组织血流测定中的生物学意义、应用特点,并提出解决某些尚存问题的措施。 Laser Doppler flowmeter was developed, mainly based on laser Doppler effect,photomixer principle and random message management technique.It is a reliable and accurate new technical method to measure microcirculation of tissue, and objectively provides instant, continuous measurement of blood flow. It can reflect the true blood flow condition with the character of quick, convenient, on  time and non  traumatic measure.This article, through the measurement of lumbar spinal cord blood flow, further evaluates the biological meaning, application features of laser Doppler flowmetry( LDF) in the measurement of tissue blood flow, and proposes processure in solving some extant problems.
