摘要
在旱棚盆栽条件下研究了水分胁迫对抗旱性不同的花生品种生理特性的影响。结果表明:随干旱胁迫的加重,花生根系活力、叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、可溶性蛋白质含量和光合速率有不同程度的下降,丙二醛含量却上升,抗旱品种变化幅度小于不抗旱品种。抗旱品种膜脂过氧化水平低,CAT活性高。表明膜质过氧化是花生干旱伤害的重要原因。而较高的CAT活性则降低这一伤害的程度从而使叶片维持较高的光合速率。
The effect of water stress on physiological character in different drought resistant peanut varieties was studied in pot culture with rainproof shelter. The results showed that, with the development of water stress, the root system vigor, soluble protein content, photosynthetic rate (Pn) and catalese (CAT) activity decreased, whereas the malondialdelyde (MDA) content increased. With the drought resistant peanut varieties, on the contrary, the lipid peroxidation reaction level was lower, but the CAT activity was higher. These facts indicated that the lipid peroxidation of cell membrance was one of the reasons causing the peanut plant injury by water stress. A higher level of CAT activity could reduce the injury degree, therefore, maintaining a higher Pn of drought resistant varieties.
