摘要
探讨了建筑工程合同协议的法律效力问题,提出了合同文件的优先解释顺序,论述了调价条款的适用问题,分析了调价条款中的设计变更问题,总结了结算中的计价程序和方法,以提高人们对建筑工程合同审计的认识。
The law effectiveness of building engineering contract audit was discussed. The priority explanation sequence of contract file was proposed and the applicability of price adjustment items was discussed. The design alterations of price adjustment items were analyzed and the valuation program and methods were generalized, so as to enhance the people＇s understanding on the building contract audit.
