摘要
针对沌口经济开发区污水的碳磷比较低的水质特点,同时考虑到生化处理工艺耐磷冲击负荷能力有限、出水TP不能稳定达标排放的现状,通过对CIBR工艺进行深入研究,探寻了使出水TP稳定达标排放的方法。试验结果表明,在曝气比为0.5、厌氧时间为2h时,CIBR的除磷效果较好,在厌氧环境下反应区的混合流态有利于对TP的去除。4种工况下均可取得良好的COD去除效果,但除磷效果却因碳源不足而受到了影响。相比较而言,工况Ⅳ(曝气3h—搅拌2h—静沉1h)的优势明显,在进水TP、COD平均浓度分别为3.99、79.06mg/L的条件下,对TP的平均去除率可达68.30%。
Because of low carbon-phosphorus ratio in wastewater from Zhuankou Economic Development Zone, and the limited resistance to phosphorus shock loading in biochemical treatment process, the effluent TP could not reach the discharge standard steadily. The continuous-flow integrated biological reactor (CIBR) process was studied to find a method allowing the effluent TP to reach the discharge standard. The results show that the better phosphorus removal efficiency is achieved with aeration ratio of 0. 5 and anaerobic time of 2 h. The mixed flow in reaction zone under anaerobic environment is beneficial to the TP removal. A stable and higher COD removal efficiency can be achieved under four operation conditions. But the phosphorus removal efficiency is influenced by carbon source shortage. By comparison, the operation condition Ⅳ (3 h aeration/2 h agitation/1 h sedimentation) has more obvious advantage. The average removal rate of TP can achieve 68.30% when the average concentrations of influent TP and COD are 3.99 mg/L and 79.06 mg/L respectively.
