Dynamic Simulation of Crank Train System in A Diesel Engine Based on Virtual Prototype Technology

摘要 以建立柴油机动力学虚拟样机为目的,使用内燃机动力学模拟软件GT-CRANK对铁路机车8V240ZJ型柴油机进行动力学建模,对比在不同的边界条件下,其各主轴径轴承的油膜厚度、轴心轨迹、功率损失等特性的变化规律,进而确定相对较好的设计参数,为机车柴油机的改进设计提供依据. For the purpose of canoeing out a virtual prototype model of a diesel engine, a dynamic model of 8V240ZJ diesel engine is built by software GT-CRANK, and engine performances such as minimum film thickness, journal orbit and power loss under different cases are analyzed. By optimization, the dynamines analysis of the diesel engine. The result gives the foundation for establishes the foundation of design improvement.
