摘要
提出了一种基于射频无线通信技术的瓦斯气压检测系统设计方案;把压力传感器和无线发射装置直接安装矿井内,采集矿井内各时刻不同地点的瓦斯气压数据,采集数据经处理后再以无线射频信号发射给地面监控室内的数据接收器;通过地面接收和处理,能实时准确地检测各个时刻瓦斯气体的浓度及压力状况,以便安全人员作出相应的对策;另外,还详细阐述了实现此检测系统的几项关键技术,包括无线发射器功耗、无线射频通信技术、抗干扰措施等。
A kind of design scheme of measuring system of gas pressure based on wireless radio frequency communication technology is introduced. The stress sensor and wireless radio - frequency emitter is installed in mine in order to gather different place's gas pressure in any time in mine. It is transmited for receiver installed in supervisory control on the ground by wireless radio frequency signal after gas pressure data gathered is processed. It can precisely measure gas density and pressure condition in time in every time by receiver and processor on the ground, so that safe man adopts corresponding countermeasure. In addition, The key technologies realizing the measuring system such as wireless power dissipation of emitter, the technology of wireless radio frequency communication and the anti -interference measures are elaborated detailedly.
