摘要
1-取代芳基-1-烷基胺是一种重要的医药、农药中间体。以不同取代芳酮为初始原料经R.leuchart反应制得相应的1-取代芳基-1-烷基胺,收率80%,含量98%。产物结构经1HNMR,MS确证。
1-Phenyl-1-alkyl-ammonium is a kind of chemical intermediate to synthesize new herbicide, radioactive medicine, sensor and so on. 1-phenyl-1-alkyl ammonium was prepared from different substituted hypnone and ammonium formate as stuff via the reaction of R.Leuchart. The yield rate can reach 80%, the purity excess 98%. The structures of all new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, and MS spectra.
