摘要
为了解３个引进品种猪的种质特性，随机测定了３４头杜洛克猪，３８头长白猪和３８头大约克猪的１９项血液生化常值．结果表明，３个品种猪的血浆钾离子、钠离子和无机磷的含量均低于有关文献报道值；血浆氯化物和淀粉酶的总活性均高于有关文献报道的数值，其它指标都在有关文献报道的正常值范围内．方差分析结果表明，血浆总脂含量和乳酸脱氢酶，γ－谷氨酰转肽酶及淀粉酶总活性在品种之间呈显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），其它指标品种之间差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）．
34 Landrace,38 Duroc and Lange white pigs were taken at random to examine the blood biochemical constants. The results showed that K+,Na+,Pi contents and alkaline phaphatase activites of three breeds were all below the normal range while their Cl- contents and total amylase activities were higher than the normal range. The other constants tested were within the normal range. Variance analysis showed that total tallow contents and activities of lactic dehydrogenase,γglutamy transpeptidase and amylase were significantly different among the three pig breeds,but the other contents tested were not.
