摘要
用中草药何首乌复方结合90 min游泳运动干预高脂饮食大鼠,观察其对大鼠FAS活性及FFA的变化.结果表明:药物组、运动药物组对FAS活性抑制作用极显著(P<0.01),运动药物组对FFA降低趋势明显;何首乌复方能降低高脂饲料喂养的大鼠体重,有防止体重增加的作用;结合90 min游泳运动能降低大鼠皮褶厚度,左侧附睾脂肪垫、肾周脂肪垫的重量,有减脂肪的作用;有降低血清FFA的趋势,与90 min游泳运动协同作用,趋势更加明显;能显著降低高脂饮食大鼠FAS活性的水平.
The effect of compound recipe TFR combined with 90 minutes swimming exercise on the activity of FAS and FFA to high-fat diet rats. The results show that medicine group and sports medicine group have an obvious inhibition effect on the activity of FAS ( P 〈 0.01 ). Sports medicine group has an obvious descending effect on FFA.. Compound recipe TFR can descend the weight of rats which is fed with high-fat diet. It can prevent the rats from weighing. Compound recipe TFR Combined With 90 minutes swimming exercising on descending the skinfold thickness of rats, the weight of left epididymis fat pad and left kidney fat pad. So it can descend fat. Compound recipe TFR has coordination effect with 90 minutes swimming exercise on descending the tendency of the level of serum FFA. Compound recipe TFR can descend significantly the level of FAS activity of high-fat diet rats.
