基于人工神经网络的空气射流真空器设计

摘要 以空气射流真空器为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件对其内部流场进行数值模拟,得出在一定的工况下,空气射流真空器5个结构参数对其残余压强的影响情况。在数值模拟结果的基础上,建立残余压强与5个结构参数之间非线性映射关系的BP神经网络模型,利用训练后的BP神经网络进行结构参数的优选,实现空气射流真空器的优化设计。 Taking the air-jet vacuum pump as the research object and utilizing the software of FLUENT to simulate the flow field of air-jet vacuum, in a certain operating condition, the influences of five'structure parameters on the remaining pressure in air-jet vacuum pump are obtained. According to the data of numerical simulation, a BP neural network model is designated to simulate the nonlinear mapping relation between five structure parameters and remaining pressure. Selecting the optimum structure parameters based on the trained BP neural network, the optimum design of air-jet vacuum pump is achieved.
