摘要
阐述了急性放射性直肠炎发病机制和分级,从盆腔放疗方案的改良与设计、预防用药、社会支持、饮食指导方面综述了急性放射性直肠炎的防护。
It expatiated both the pathogenesy and the grading of acute radiation proctitis. It reviewed the protection of acute radiation proctitis from aspects of improvement and design of pelvic irradiation scheme, preventive medication, social support, and diet instruction.
