大学生急救知识现况调查及干预 被引量:23

The effects of different interventions on first aid knowledge among undergraduates

摘要 目的:了解大学生急救知识掌握现状,探讨提高大学生急救知识水平的有效途径。方法:采取分层整群抽样法抽取356名非医学专业大学生,随机分为讲座组、小册子组和网络组,3组大学生分别接受急救知识讲座、小册子和网络方式的干预,每组于干预前和干预后均进行急救知识掌握情况的问卷测试。结果:干预前讲座组、小册子组和网络组急救知识得分分别为50.35±11.18、53.16±13.25、51.42±12.34,平均得分为51.59±12.27,干预后得分分别为84.81±13.26、73.92±10.83、78.19±12.37,平均得分为79.20±11.94,经t检验差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预前3组间得分差异无统计学意义(F=1.572,P=0.209),干预后3组间差异有统计学意义(F=23.958,P=0.000)。结论:大学生急救知识水平亟待提高;3种干预方式均有效,其中以讲座干预方式效果最好,网络次之;各高校可以根据学校条件开展不同形式的急救知识普及教育。 Aim:To understand the status and to probe the effective approach to improve the level of first aid knowledge among undergraduates. Methods: Though cluster stratified sampling method 356 undergraduates were chosen and divided into three groups randomly. Three groups of undergraduates were intervened by lecture,booklet and intemet respectively and investigated about first aid knowledge with an opened questionnaire pre-and post-intervention. Results: The score of every group was 50. 35 ± 11.18, 53. 16 ± 13.25 and 51.42 ± 12. 34 and the average score of three groups was 51.59 ± 12. 27 pre-intervention , and they were 84. 81 ±13.26, 73.92 ± 10. 83, 78. 19 ± 12. 37 and 79.20 ± 11.94 respectively. And there is a significant difference between pre-and post-intervention in every group by t test (P 〈 0.01 ) ; There is no significant difference among three groups pre-intervention( F = 1. 572, P = 0. 209 ), and there is a significant difference among three groups post-intervention( F = 23. 958, P = 0. 000). Conclusion:Undergraduate total level of first aid should be improved promptly. Three intervention methods are effective and the most effective one is holding lectures, and the second is setting up website. Colleges and universities may adopt various methods to popularize first aid knowledge among undergraduates ac-cording to their factors.
