摘要
目的:研究茶多酚对肥胖大鼠体重、体脂肪、血清瘦素浓度、血脂及它们之间的关系。方法:将断乳雄性大鼠造成肥胖模型,然后按体重随机分为4组,分别喂饲高脂饲料,基础饲料及在高脂实验组加不同剂量的茶多酚共8周。每10d称一次体重,于实验末心脏取血,用放射免疫法检测血清中瘦素,胰岛素;己糖己酶法检测血清中血糖;化学修酶法检测血清中胆固醇,甘油三脂,低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白,同时取睾丸及肾周围脂肪称重,计算体脂含量。结果:茶多酚剂量组大鼠体重和脂肪重量与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05),随茶多酚剂量的增加大鼠血清中瘦素水平呈降低趋势,并有升高HDL-胆固醇和降低总胆固醇和甘油三脂作用。结论:茶多酚不仅能够降低大鼠体重及体脂含量,而且在降低体重的同时,有良好的调节血脂的功能,通过体重与瘦素变化规律的分析,推测茶多酚对瘦素抵抗有改善作用,茶多酚降低大鼠体重的部分机理可能即在于此。
Objective: To study the effects of tea polyphenols on rat body weight, body fat content, serum leptin concentration, and lipids. Methods: Young male rats were divided into four groups. The rats were given high fat diet or base diet containing different doses of tea polyphenols for four weeks. By the end of week eight, and the rats were sacrificed and their blood samples were taken, and the concentration of serum leptin and lipids were determined.Rusults:Tea polyphenols could reduce the level of body weight, lipids, and sea'tun leptin.Cluclusion: Based on analysis on the change of body weight and serum leptin level, it referred that tea polyphenols could improve leptin-resising, which could be partly responsible for reducing body weight of fat rats.
