尿视黄醇结合蛋白在海洛因依赖者早期肾损害中的诊断意义

摘要 目的:探讨尿视黄醇结合蛋(RBP)在海洛因依赖者早期肾损害中的诊断意义。方法:采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定78名海洛因依赖者(吸毒组)、30名健康人(正常对照组)的尿RBP,同时测定尿微量白蛋白(Alb),β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)。结果:海洛因依赖者尿RBP均较正常对照组增高,尿RBP与尿β2-MG、尿Alb呈正相关。结论:尿RBP的变化可作为判断海洛因依赖者早期肾功能损害的敏感指标。 Objective: To study the singnificance of urinary retinal binding protein (RBP) as a marker in the early stage renal impairment of heroin-addicts. Methods: The concentration of RBP in the urine of 78 cases with heroin-addicts and 30 normal subjects was measured by ELISA. The concentration of Albumin (Alb) and beta2-microglobulin(β2-MG) in the urine also measured. Results: The urine RBP in all three groups was significantly higher than that in control group. The urine RBP related positively to urine Alb andβ2-MG. Conclusions: The urine RBP is an important index to prognosticate the early stare renal impairment of heroin addietcts.
