摘要
介绍了管加工生产线上几种不同的钢管轴向送进机构,包括辊道送进、机械手送进、液压送进、气动送进、伺服电机送进等机构的结构、性能特点和应用情况。在实际应用中,根据不同的生产效率和送进精度需要,配置合理的送进机构有利于生产线的可靠运行,保证钢管的产量和质量。
Described in the paper are several different aggregates for steel tube axially transport in tube processing line, including roller-conveyor, manipulator and hydraulically transporting, pneumatically transporting and servo motorized transporting mechanisms, covering the structures, technical features and applications of these transport mechanisms. In actual application, appropriate transport mechanism needs to be determined in accordance with different productivity and transport accuracy so as to ensure the consistent running of the operation line, thus the output and quality of steel tubes.
