摘要
介绍了Al2O3基无机陶瓷膜的制备工艺和成本构成,从陶瓷膜制备过程中基料的选取、模具设计、溶胶的制备以及烧结工艺的控制等方面分析了降低成本的途径,综述了降低成本的技术进展。
The preparation technology and cost structure of inorganic ceramic membrane based on A12O3 were induced. Many ways to reduce costs of ceramic membrane,such as material selection,mold designing,sol preparation and sintering controlling were analyzed.
