摘要
高校招投标采购制度作为规范学校经济活动秩序，实现公共资源合理配置及有效利用的重要手段，对提高资金使用效益，促进廉政建设发挥了较好作用。但高校招投标采购中还存在的薄弱环节，需要我们从管理制度上进行探索和改进。
As an important role to normalize the order of economic activities in colleges and universities and reasonably allocate the resources as well as make good use of them , the system of inviting and tendering public bidding has exerted a positive influence on improving the benefit of financing and promoting a disinterested government. But some problems are still existent in the procurement which require us to keep on exploring on managing system.
