摘要
人力资本与经济增长具有密切关系,已经越来越被人们认同。通过查阅大量的文献资料,本文立足于高校校园体育文化的功能,根据人力资本的特点及构成类型,对高校校园体育文化对提升人力资本的作用进行了研究。
The fact that the human capital and the economical growth have the close relation has already been approved by more and more people.By looking up the literature material,this paper studied the effect of human capital promotion by campus PE culture according to the characteristic and constituent type of human capital based on the function of campus PE culture.
