摘要
目的探讨经阴道全子宫切除术较经腹手术的优点。方法分析比较168例经阴道全子宫切除术和203例经腹手术全子宫切除术两者之间的临床资料。结果经阴道全子宫切除术总的并发症发生率明显低于经腹手术,且手术时间短,出血量少。结论经阴道手术时间短、损伤小、掌握好手术适应证,可作为全子宫切除手术治疗的主要方法。
Objective To explore the advantage of hysterectomy from vagina which compared with hysterectomy from abdomen. Methods The clinical data were analyzed and compared between 168 cases of hysterectomy from vagina and 203 cases of hysterectomy from abdomen. Results The complication of hysterectomy from vagina obvious lower than abdominal hysterectomy , it shorted time of operation and decrease bleeding. Conclusion It can shorten time of operation and decrease damage that hysterectomy from vagina, so it can make a chief means about hysterectomy.
